Hotel Metropolitan Edmont's Patisserie Edmont Launches 2 New Summer Cakes and 3 New Breads

Patisserie Edmont, the Bread & Sweets outlet at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont (located in Iidabashi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo; General Manager: Masaaki Kobayashi), will offer two new summer cakes and three new bread items for a limited period from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Monday, August 31, 2026. We invite you to enjoy these delicious seasonal offerings.

"Noix de Coco" Whole Cake – ¥3,200

A cake combining coconut mousse with sweet-and-tart apricot jelly and almond bavarois. The surface is coated with milk chocolate to resemble a halved coconut. Decorated with white chocolate shaped like pineapples and straws, this vibrant dessert captures the essence of a tropical resort.

"Tarte Exotique" Slice Cake – ¥750
