Starting June 1, 2026, Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki's all-day dining restaurant, "Terrace and Table," will serve "Kawasaki Kori," a special shaved ice crafted by its pastry chef, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The dessert uses ice made from deep-layer natural water from Shinshu, shaved to a snow-like texture. It comes with a choice of three original sauces designed for an adult palate, topped with a fluffy Hokkaido condensed milk cream. Enjoy a luxurious and refreshing moment with the perfect marriage of ice, sauce, and cream. The three flavors are "Rich Peach with Earl Grey Sauce," "Red Berries," and "Hojicha."
