Sumi Sakaguchi: Author Medicinal Cuisine Researcher. Representative of Kampo Kitchen Co., Ltd. (pharmacy and medicinal cuisine school). Affiliated with Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Special Lecturer at the Japan TCM College. Studied TCM at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as a scholarship student of the former Ministry of Education from 1991 to 1995, and experienced clinical practice and internships at the university's affiliated hospital. After returning to Japan, she established Kampo Kitchen Co., Ltd. in 1999.
