The IR Technical Education Institute will hold a public seminar on July 16, 2026, to learn about patent trends and entry strategies for nucleic acid (RNA) drugs. While nucleic acid drugs are attracting attention as a next-generation modality, their patent structures are complex, requiring strategies that anticipate patent expirations in the 2030s. This course systematically explains the patent history of siRNA and ASO, as well as the competitive landscape of DDS technology, from the perspectives of intellectual property and CMC. It is aimed at R&D and IP personnel in pharmaceutical companies and bio-ventures.
