Practical training workshop to prevent IT project collapse to be held in Akihabara

The IR Engineer Education Institute is holding a two-day training seminar that systematizes the mechanisms of IT project collapse and teaches practical skills in early warning detection, risk assessment, and plan formulation through hands-on exercises. While DX promotion is accelerating, projects continue to face 'flaming' due to ambiguous requirements and lack of primary information. This seminar helps organizations transform past lessons into reproducible wisdom. The training will take place on May 13 (Thu) and May 14 (Fri), 2026, at the Japan IR Co., Ltd. headquarters in Akihabara, Tokyo. Participation is limited to 16 people. The fee is 99,000 yen (including tax).
