To support individuals seeking skill improvement, tuition fees are offered for a limited time. Furthermore, we are implementing a "Tuition Fee Cashback System*1" for those who join Nichii as a care staff during or within three months after completing the training. This system offers a full cashback of the tuition fee paid, providing strong support for career development. *1.

■ "Practical Training for Certified Care Workers" is a qualification requirement for the National Certified Care Worker Examination

"Practical Training for Certified Care Workers" is mandatory training required, along with three years of practical experience in nursing care, to take the National Certified Care Worker Examination. Completing this training not only fulfills the examination requirements but also enables care staff to acquire medical care skills such as "tracheal suctioning" and "enteral nutrition"*2, as well as advanced nursing care knowledge and skills, allowing them to become leaders in nursing care settings, such as Service Managers in home care businesses. This expands the range of activities in various nursing care settings, including home care, day services, paid nursing homes, and group homes.

Nichii also offers a "Course for Unqualified Individuals" where even those without prior nursing care qualifications can learn from scratch with peace of mind. A distinctive feature of this course is that it saves approximately 35,000 yen*3 compared to taking the "Initial Training" followed by the "Practical Training" separately. Furthermore, students can resolve any questions they may have without leaving them unanswered, as they can use a dedicated "Student Site"*4 during self-study and directly ask instructors during schooling sessions, ensuring they can confidently step into the field.
