Toreluna's "1minute,1napkin" Project: Napkin Donation Decided for Sapporo Ryukoku High School

Nequino Inc. (Kita-ku, Osaka City; Representative Director: Kenichi Ishii) announces that its 'toreluna' service (hereinafter referred to as Toreluna), which provides menstrual napkins for free in private toilet stalls, has conducted a menstrual napkin donation to Sapporo Ryukoku High School (Chuo-ku, Sapporo City, Hokkaido) as part of its '1minute,1napkin' initiative. This project is promoted in collaboration with our company and the international cooperation NGO JOICFP to establish menstrual hygiene products in educational settings and to promote understanding of SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health/Rights), including menstruation, which is one of women's health issues. We will continue to expand cooperation with schools, local governments, companies, and related organizations, while aiming to create an environment where the continuous installation and operation of menstrual hygiene products become the norm. ◾️Comment from Sapporo Ryukoku High School The sense of security that comes from 'menstrual pads always being available in the restroom' creates peace of mind in school life. By scanning a QR code displayed on the digital signage inside the stall with a smartphone app, users can receive a pad. The mechanism for covering the cost of the pads through advertising revenue shown on the digital signage allows for continuous service provision without any cost burden to users. ■How to use Toreluna (1) Download the dedicated app "toreluna" on your smartphone. (2) Scan the QR code at the bottom right of the digital signage installed in the toilet stall.
