NEXER Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") announces that it will change its company name to "NEXER Group" and comprehensively renew its brand logo and philosophy system (Purpose / Vision) due to its transition to group management.
Background of Transition to Group Management and Company Name Change
Expansion of business scale and increase in personnel are proof of corporate growth, but at the same time, they create new challenges such as organizational complexity. Amidst these changes, our most important theme for further leaps forward is to "maximize the speed and efficiency of decision-making and accelerate growth."
To achieve this goal and build a strong foundation that will not collapse even with further growth, we will evolve into a management model through the following three main points:
1. Speed up decision-making
By having corporate planning focus on "strategy and resource allocation" and executive officers focus on "business execution," we clarify roles, reduce hesitation, and speed up execution.
2. Build a strong foundation that can withstand business expansion
To address the increasing complexity due to the growing number of businesses and personnel, we will standardize operations for group optimization and build a foundation that will not collapse even with further growth.
3. Accelerate M&A and create synergy
We will not only proactively execute M&A to acquire adjacent domains but also accelerate PMI (Post-Merger Integration) to create synergy, establishing a system that can integrally manage everything from company acquisition to growth.
To clearly express this stance of "becoming stronger as a group" from our company name, we have added "Group" to our company name.

Going forward, the Company will advocate "autonomy x solidarity" as the group's direction, balancing "autonomy of each company" and "group solidarity." As our future growth strategy, we will simultaneously pursue "new business," "M&A," and "existing business expansion" as three pillars, increasing our opportunities for growth as a group.

Rapid verification based on challenges We set themes based on customer issues and aim for efficiency and differentiation using technology. By "verifying quickly on a small scale and focusing on what grows," we aim to create businesses with reproducibility and scalability.
2. M&A
Proactively acquire adjacent domains We emphasize synergy in customers, human resources, and know-how, and make quick decisions without missing opportunities. Furthermore, we will quickly implement PMI (integration process) after M&A and integrally manage everything from company acquisition to value creation.
3. Existing Business Expansion
Deepen and expand customer value We will promote the systematization of expanding provided value through cross-selling and increasing LTV (Customer Lifetime Value) through continuation and up-selling. We will expand successful strategies to new domains and regions, aiming to maximize customer value.

The name "NEXER" is a combination of the Latin word "nexus," meaning "connection," and the English suffix "-er" (one who does/thing), embodying our desire to value connections with customers and colleagues and to develop for the "next" generation.
To clearly express our stance of "becoming stronger as a group" from our company name, we are evolving into "NEXER Group."
Using our new company name as our "flag," we will aim for growth as one, under new principles of action shared by the entire group.

Thoughts Embodied in the New Brand Logo The three rings of "green, orange, and red" that make up the new logo represent "growth / future / dynamism (moving forward without fear of change)." These three rings simultaneously visualize the three business domains (Marketing / HR / Sales) that indicate "what we do" and our fundamental principles of action "Sanpo Yoshi (employees / customers / society)" that indicate "how we are."
Renewal of Philosophy System
To clarify our philosophy as a group, we have integrated and renewed our traditional Mission and Vision, and newly established a Purpose (our reason for existence).
