Approximately Half of Women Who Don't Exercise Respond 'I Thought About Starting' or 'I Used to Do It'

Many people likely relate to the feeling of knowing they should exercise but struggling to get started, or having started once only to stop without realizing it.

While everyone knows that exercise is important for health, it's not easy to make it a habit. So, what are the reasons behind not being able to start or continue exercising?

Therefore, in collaboration with the machine-based Pilates studio 'the SILK', we conducted a survey targeting 182 women who responded in a preliminary survey that they 'are not currently exercising regularly' about the 'reasons for not being able to start or continue exercising'.
