A survey conducted by NEXER and the Pilates studio "the SILK" from March 31 to April 6, 2026, involved 231 women across Japan. Key findings include: 74.9% of women experience body changes with age. The top three changes are fatigue (72.3%), decreased metabolism (55.5%), and body shape changes (52.6%). 59.5% of women experiencing changes are not taking any action. Among those who are, walking (60.0%) and stretching (50.0%) are the most common activities. Other measures include diet improvement (34.3%), supplements (31.4%), muscle training (21.4%), sleep review (20.0%), and yoga/pilates (11.4%). 58.1% of women believe that physical changes are possible at any age.
