New Era X SASHIKO GALS: 2nd Collaboration Caps Launch June 27

Global sports and fashion brand New Era has announced its second collaboration with 'SASHIKO GALS,' an artisan community based in Otuchi, Iwate Prefecture. This new collection will be released on June 27, 2026, at New Era Ginza and the official online store.

SASHIKO GALS is a project that reinterprets traditional Japanese 'Sashiko' embroidery with a modern flair, rooted in the reconstruction efforts following the 2011 earthquake. Following the instant sell-out of their first collaboration in March 2026, this second collection features six models based on the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers, and San Diego Padres. The lineup includes the '59FIFTY®' (99,000 - 110,000 JPY), covered entirely in intricate embroidery, and the '9TWENTY™' (38,500 JPY), which features partial stitching for daily use.

The collection will also be available at KUON Flagship Store and KUON online store. Each item is handcrafted by artisans ranging from their 40s to 80s, imbuing every cap with a unique story and a commitment to preserving cultural heritage through innovative fashion.
