Paradigm Shift IDNetwork's Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Takatsuki City, Osaka; Representative Director: Eiji Takasu) has been conducting "visiting classes" in local elementary schools in Takatsuki City throughout the 2025 fiscal year, fostering children's ability to ask their own questions and carve out their own futures.

As the culmination of a year's worth of activities, we are reporting on two practical case studies: the presentation of results at a business meeting for the "Social Issue Solution Presentation" at Takatsuki Municipal Hozumi Elementary School, and the "Career Education and Disaster Prevention Class by Business Owners (Super Heroes)" at Takatsuki Municipal Kashida Elementary School.

Our company aims to create a society where children know that "entrepreneurship, not just employment, is an option" and can feel excited about their own infinite potential.

[Case Study 1] Hozumi Elementary School: "Social Issue Solution Presentation" Born from a Year of Inquiry
At Hozumi Elementary School, students did not just have one-off lessons; they spent a year learning the process of "creating the future with their own hands."

Please see here for past initiatives.

Children Create a "Company"
With the theme "Let's create a company to solve current social issues!", the children developed their own business plans. They delved into the essence of "economic activity," such as how to raise money if needed and who to target.

Presenting Results Before 250 Active Business Owners
In February 2026, the winning team, having passed the school-wide selection, took the stage at the "BBM (Big Business Meeting)," a business meeting where active entrepreneurs gather. They confidently presented their company's business proposal, which tackles the 2030 labor shortage problem caused by the declining birthrate and aging population, and received a standing ovation from the adults.

Changes in the School Environment
We received feedback from the teacher in charge, saying, "The students learned the importance of asking their own questions. Through the division of roles, the class became one where each child's individuality shone, such as those who are good at speaking and those who like making slides."

[Case Study 2] Kashida Elementary School: Encounters with Diverse "Adults" and Learning to "Protect Life"
At Kashida Elementary School, we held a unicycle presentation ceremony and two special classes designed to broaden the children's horizons and connect them with the community.

You can also check the video for how the day went.

Unicycle Presentation Ceremony
Kashida Elementary School has a unique educational environment where each of the approximately 50 students is lent their own "MY unicycle." We donated 10 new unicycles and 17 saddles so that the children can continue to be active safely and healthily in the future.

Lecture by Business Owners (Super Heroes) (5th and 6th Graders)
Business owners with various backgrounds took the stage. They spoke candidly about "why I do this job" and "what I was like as a child," providing hints for the students to find what they want to do.

Learning in Collaboration with the Disaster Prevention Network (4th Graders)
Going beyond the framework of career education, we collaborated with the local disaster prevention network. The students deepened their knowledge of how to protect themselves from disasters and learned about systems for helping each other in society.
