1. Launch of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank's Discretionary Investment Management Service "Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Fund Wrap"

We will begin offering Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank's fund wrap service to SBI Sumishin Net Bank customers. This initiative involves representatives from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank providing online consultations (*1), and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, as the discretionary investment manager, will handle the management and administration of assets according to the customer's investment policy. While SBI Sumishin Net Bank has offered a robo-advisor service, this initiative will further expand our service lineup in the asset management field. We will offer a new asset management option for those who are anxious about investing a large sum of money or who want to start investing with consultation.
