NEC is expanding "BluStellar" (Note), NEC's value co-creation model in DX, to NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation, NEC Nexsolutions Corporation, and NEC Fielding, all under NESIC Holdings Corporation, and will commence operations today. This initiative, building on the group restructuring and strengthening efforts to date, aims to consolidate the strengths of NEC and its group companies under "BluStellar" to establish an end-to-end system for providing DX, from conceptualization to implementation, operation, and maintenance, to local governments and companies nationwide where DX demand is fully taking off.
Through this, the NEC Group aims to achieve over 1 trillion yen in revenue with "BluStellar."

NEC has been promoting group restructuring with a view to further growth in its DX business, building a system to strengthen DX support for companies and local governments nationwide.
As part of this, NEC Fielding joined NESIC Holdings today. This brings together over 300 service bases nationwide and a 24/7 operation and maintenance system, equipping the group with DX execution and continuity capabilities.
Against the backdrop of this strengthened system, NEC will expand "BluStellar" across the entire group to further enhance the value provided by its DX business.
