Zeroichi Seisaku Co., Ltd. Signs Reseller Agreement with SOTATEK JAPAN Co., Ltd.

1. Background

In recent years, in field operations such as the construction industry, digitalization using point cloud data, location information, and various sensor data has progressed. Simultaneously, the importance of creating mechanisms to effectively utilize acquired data for practical work, and connect it to management, judgment, and operation, has further increased.

On the other hand, as the sophistication of field data utilization advances, there is a demand for more advanced functions, including not only simple data acquisition and visualization but also analysis, change detection, extraction of anomaly signs, and judgment support.

In this situation, Zeroichi Seisaku has, until now, provided comprehensive support from IT environment development to data utilization in the field, through system development for field operations using point cloud data*1, GNSS*2, IoT sensors*3, etc., as well as terminal rental, provision of communication environments including SIMs, and kitting.

To leverage the knowledge gained from these technologies, which Zeroichi Seisaku has specialized in, and to promote broader and more advanced system proposals and development, Zeroichi Seisaku has signed a reseller agreement for "SotaAgents," an enterprise-specific AI agent platform developed by SOTATEK JAPAN.

SOTATEK JAPAN is the Japanese subsidiary of Sota Holdings, which operates globally from Vietnam, with offices in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

Sota Holdings is an IT company with over 1,500 engineers, covering a wide range of technical areas such as AI, infrastructure, system development, blockchain, and machine learning, providing full-cycle IT services to customers in 21 countries worldwide.

*1 Point Cloud Data: Digital data representing objects and environments in three-dimensional space with countless points.

*2 GNSS: Global Navigation Satellite System, a system for measuring current position on the ground using artificial satellites.

*3 IoT Sensor: A device connected to the internet to collect and manage information, such as optical sensors, distance sensors, and pressure sensors.

2. Areas for Future Proposal and Development Enhancement

Zeroichi Seisaku will leverage "SotaAgents" to strengthen its proposal and development capabilities primarily in the following areas:

① Advanced system proposals utilizing field data

We will promote proposals for more advanced systems, including analysis, change detection, extraction of anomaly signs, and judgment support, based on field data acquired by point cloud data, GNSS, IoT sensors, etc.

② Expansion of field-oriented system development areas

In addition to conventional system development for the construction sector, we will expand our対応 to a wider range of configurations and requirements for various systems that presuppose the utilization of field data.

③ Integrated proposals for devices, communication, applications, and cloud

By combining with Zeroichi Seisaku's existing services such as field-oriented device rental, SIM provision, and kitting, we will strengthen our on-site deployment proposals that integrate devices, communication, applications, and the cloud.

④ Enhanced operational support for leveraging acquired data

Beyond mere introduction, we will provide support that anticipates continuous utilization of acquired data, offering proposals tailored to each customer's business content and field requirements.

3. Future Outlook

Zeroichi Seisaku will continue to support more advanced field data utilization than ever before by promoting proposals that include AI-driven analysis, detection, and judgment support, in addition to field-oriented system development utilizing point cloud data, GNSS, and IoT sensors. Furthermore, by linking with existing services such as device rental, SIM provision, and kitting, we will provide integrated proposals that encompass not only the system itself but also the on-site usage environment, contributing to the sophistication of customer companies' operations and productivity improvement.

This agreement is expected to contribute to the improvement of the business performance and corporate value of the Needswell Group and Zeroichi Seisaku in the medium to long term, but its impact on this fiscal year's performance is minor.
