### Part 1: Reducing Damage is More Realistic than Preventing It – Incident Response Capabilities Needed Now In recent years, cyber threats such as ransomware and targeted attacks have become increasingly sophisticated and cunning, making complete prevention of attacks an unrealistic premise. Therefore, it is essential to establish a system that can respond quickly and systematically by clarifying 'who, when, what to decide, and how to respond' in the event of an incident. This session will feature an expert with practical experience explaining the basic concepts required for incident response, key points for preparation, and the role CSIRT should play, with concrete examples.

### Part 2: Effective Concrete Measures Useful for Incident Prevention and Response For cyberattacks that become more sophisticated daily, rapid response assuming incident occurrence is as important as preventive measures.
