Drones Reveal the "True Value" of Forests In Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, we are utilizing the latest drone technology and AI to visualize the previously unseen "amount of carbon stored in forests" down to the centimeter. The efforts of those who protect the mountains are being transformed into "credits" backed by reliable data, connecting them to investors worldwide. This is also a challenge to prevent the disappearance of local communities and foster a sense of pride in one's hometown.

Moving to the Next Stage After Receiving the "Sustainable Finance Award"

NCCC has established the world's first carbon credit certification rules and received the "10th Sustainable Finance Award." However, this is not the goal.

What we aim for is not "emissions trading" discussed only by a few experts, but the "democratization of natural capital" in which everyone can participate. Farmers cultivate the soil. Foresters plant trees.
