'The Life of HOKUSAI', a stage production depicting his indomitable half-life which received the highest rating of four stars at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, will finally hold its Japan triumphant return performance in Asakusa, the sacred ground of Edo culture, on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

A completely new non-verbal (wordless) performing art that fuses state-of-the-art digital projection, live performances of Japanese drums (wadaiko) and biwa, and physical expression.
