Thank You! 'Dodesuka!' Achieves #1 Viewership Rating for Fiscal Year 2025!

Nagoya TV's morning information program 'Dodesuka!' achieved the #1 individual viewership rating in its time slot for the 2025 fiscal year (April–March), recording 4.1% on weekdays (6:00–8:00 AM) and 3.4% on Saturdays (6:30–7:55 AM). This is the first time since the station's inception that a Nagoya TV morning variety program has ranked first in its time slot on both weekdays and Saturdays on a fiscal-year basis.

Since last October, announcers Kana Komatsuzaki (Mon–Thu) and Anna Ogata (Fri) have taken on the roles of weekday sub-MCs. Additionally, the Tuesday feature 'AmBitious no Gakko Ojamashasu!' was launched. The program's success is driven by strong support for its sports corner packed with Dragons news, the weather corner, and the 7:00 AM 'Today's Top Pick' segment. On Saturdays, the program, led by main MC Shiori Suzuki (who took the role last October), offers content unique to the weekend, gaining support from a wide range of generations, particularly families.

In the spring of 2026, 'Dodesuka!' marks its 25th year on air. With the theme 'Jump Out! We’re Going to Meet the Locals in Our 25th Year,' we will continue to deliver information deeply rooted in the community.

Making 'Politics and Economics' Easier to Understand!

Amid growing interest in the future of politics and the economy, we are welcoming journalist and former TV station commentator Yukiko Kishida as a new commentator, and economic critic Hiroyuki Kishi is returning to the panel. They will break down the 'meaning of news and its impact on daily life.' Furthermore, a new segment, 'Kohei Morinaga’s Household Fight,' will air in the latter half of the 7:00 AM hour on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Economic critic Kohei Morinaga will explain complex economic news using relatable examples to support your household finances.

Even More Dragons Coverage!

In addition to weekly appearances by Tomoaki Yano (Tuesdays) and Jun Idota (Wednesdays), former Dragons pitcher Daisuke Sobue, who retired at the end of last season, will join the sports corner as a regular on Thursdays. Together with Monday's Kumiko Ogura, Friday's Miwa Asao, and Saturday's Haruka Kumazaki, our team of commentators—all with a deep love for the Dragons—will deliver news in a detailed and cheerful manner.

More Fun for the Whole Family!

Following the popular 'Wolfy’s Spot the Difference' segment in the 6:00 AM hour, we are launching 'Wolfy’s Can You See It?' in the 7:00 AM hour. This is another segment the whole family can enjoy.
