Under the theme of a tropical resort bathed in dazzling sunshine, we propose a dining experience unique to summer through dishes and sweets prepared by chefs with experience worldwide. In addition to local dishes from Asian countries such as Okinawa, Korea, and Indonesia, we have prepared a wide variety of tropical resort flavors, including those from the eternal summer of Hawaii and the Caribbean island nation of Jamaica.

From Okinawa, Japan's proud beach resort, we offer 'Okinawa Soba' and 'Mozuku Soup', which uses mozuku seaweed that is gaining attention as a superfood.
