The Secret of 'evercook' That Makes You Want to Keep Using It
Why does the evercook frying pan stay smooth and non-stick for so long?
The secret lies in its unique 'anchor structure'.
Conventionally, fluororesin coatings and the aluminum alloy material of frying pans do not bond well, so adhesives were mixed into the fluororesin coating to forcibly bind them. This adhesive is weak against heat and gradually peels off during use, causing food to stick.
By applying a unique bumpy 'anchor structure' to the aluminum alloy material of the frying pan, the evercook series allows the fluororesin coating to be applied strongly without using adhesives. Additionally, an alumite coating (oxide film) that is highly resistant to salt prevents rust and burning even if the fluororesin coating gets scratched, ensuring a long-lasting smooth surface.
