MTG Co., Ltd. Development Background

Since its launch in July 2025, ReD has been working to expand its sales channels through hospital shops and dispensing pharmacies. This is driven by the desire for those using medical facilities to recover to their daily lives as quickly as possible. Furthermore, we want to deliver "recovery" to medical professionals on the front lines, enabling them to continue their daily work in better condition.

According to a survey on the working conditions of nursing staff*, 78.4% experience chronic fatigue, combining 27.1% who "do not recover even on holidays and are always tired" and 51.3% who "often have fatigue remaining the next day." This shows an increasing trend compared to the same survey five years ago. Fatigue on the front lines is feared to affect performance, and an approach to health management is now required in the medical field.

To further strengthen this initiative, we will launch the "ReD Recovery Scrub," medical wear classified as a general medical device, on July 10, 2026. Scrubs are uniforms routinely worn by medical professionals during work, such as examinations and treatments, and are indispensable in environments with long hours of standing and frequent movement. Through this product, we aim to provide medical professionals with improved blood circulation and fatigue recovery.
