Nanki Shirahama Marriott Hotel (Shirahama-cho, Nishimuro-gun, Wakayama Prefecture; General Manager: Shoichi Sasakawa) will host a guest-exclusive dinner event, 'HANABI Night Terrace 2026,' on select dates from Saturday, July 18, 2026, to Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the hotel's 4th-floor open-air terrace, 'Ocean Deck.' The event allows guests to enjoy a special dinner accompanied by a dazzling fireworks display.

Now in its fourth year, this highly popular event returns in 2026 with the 'HANABI Terrace Dinner,' featuring roast beef made from premium Japanese Black Wagyu beef. The dinner begins with five vibrant appetizers, including a colorful Parisienne-style tomato dish highlighting the umami of seasonal tomatoes, a light taco-style salad made with soy meat, and marinated Kihada tuna flavored with Yuasa soy sauce—a local specialty of Wakayama. For dessert, guests will enjoy four selections, including a custard pudding with aqua-blue jelly reminiscent of Shirara Beach and a chocolate mousse enhanced with the refreshing tartness of passion fruit. A free-flow beverage menu featuring nine cocktail options and other drinks will add to the festive summer evening. Children will be served a loco moco plate with soft drink free-flow service, ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.

This guest-exclusive event offers a special dining experience with a stunning fireworks display set against the night sky. The 'HANABI Terrace Dinner' features a selection of five appetizers to start, a main course starring melt-in-your-mouth roast beef made from Japanese Black Wagyu sirloin, and a dessert course designed to leave a refreshing aftertaste—all enjoyed alongside the fireworks. Additionally, on three select dates—Saturday, August 1, Monday, August 10, and Sunday, September 13, 2026—the main course will be upgraded to grilled Japanese Black Wagyu filet mignon, known for its fine texture and delicate marbling.
