Lake Biwa Marriott Hotel will launch the 'White Peach and Jumbo Lemon Shaved Ice with Mascarpone Espuma' at its 12th-floor restaurant, 'Grill & Dining G,' from July 1 to August 31, 2026. The dessert features jumbo lemons from Higashiomi, Shiga Prefecture, and white peaches, topped with mascarpone espuma for a sophisticated flavor. The price is 2,800 yen. Additionally, a mini-size version can be added as an option to the afternoon tea served during the same period for 1,000 yen.
