This year, the hotel has selected peaches from Hishinuma Farm in Fukushima City. These peaches, grown under abundant sunlight, are packed with moisture and nutrients. The 'Momo-Puri Ice,' topped with generous amounts of fresh peaches, is crafted to showcase the fruit's natural juiciness. The base is made with homemade ice infused with Setoda lemon and cream, offering a gentle, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Raspberry sauce adds a balanced acidity that enhances the sweetness of the peaches, while the addition of Wasanbon pudding and creamy fromage blanc espuma adds surprise and delight. Each spoonful offers changing textures and flavors, reminiscent of a parfait. During the same period, guests can also enjoy 'Fresh Peach Bellinis' and craft cola cocktails.
