For the 2026 edition, approximately 12,000 companies—comprising Funai Soken Holdings’ clients and external general applicants—were evaluated. Based on rigorous criteria, 45 companies were nominated as industry models, and 28 advanced to the final selection round. Among them, 12 outstanding companies were selected, with Mother’s Industry receiving the 'Employee Success Award.'
