Using Fresh Lettuce from Iwate: 'Mos Direct-from-Farm Vegetable Festa' to be Held in Iwate Prefecture!

Mos Food Services, the operator of Mos Burger, will hold the 'Mos Direct-from-Farm Vegetable Festa' for three days from June 19 (Fri) to June 21 (Sun), 2026, at all 12 Mos Burger locations in Iwate Prefecture. During this period, all menu items using fresh lettuce will feature lettuce sourced directly from the 'JA Shin-Iwate Iwate-machi Lettuce Group,' a contracted farm. Additionally, a regional, limited-time product will be sold. The 'Mos Direct-from-Farm Vegetable Festa' began in 2014 as a way to express gratitude to local customers and provide an opportunity to enjoy delicious local vegetables. During the event, the 'Extra Lettuce Teriyaki Burger' (720 yen) will be available, featuring 100% domestic beef patties and 1.6 times the normal amount of lettuce. On the first day, June 19, store managers and staff will visit the farm to participate in a harvest experience, allowing them to better understand the value of fresh produce and deepen exchanges with local farmers.
