Morita and ITURRI Sign Strategic Partnership; Unveil Articulating Aerial Ladder Fire Truck 'MLMA5-32' at INTERSCHUTZ 2026

They announced the 'MLMA5-32', an articulating aerial ladder fire truck born from this collaboration, at INTERSCHUTZ 2026, one of the world's largest fire and disaster prevention exhibitions held in Hanover, Germany.

This product is a model that integrates Morita's aerial ladder technology with ITURRI's design and manufacturing expertise in special vehicles. It represents the first initiative under this partnership, aimed at expanding the aerial ladder fire truck business in the European, Latin American, and North African markets.

ITURRI has over 14 branch offices and 4 manufacturing plants across Europe, Latin America, and North Africa, establishing a rapid maintenance and support system and an extensive sales network in each region. By combining Morita's technological capabilities with ITURRI's regionally rooted service network, the partnership will provide integrated support from product supply to maintenance management, contributing to the stable operation of vehicles.

Developed with a focus on reliability and stable operation in harsh field environments, this articulating aerial ladder fire truck complies with European Standards (EN standards). The adoption of an articulation mechanism enables flexible and efficient operation even in complex urban environments. Furthermore, a basket with high permissible load capacity and an advanced control system ensure high levels of safety, functionality, and operability under demanding conditions.
