Morinaga Milk Industry is launching limited-edition packaging featuring designs from the beloved Pocket Monsters (Pokémon) series, which celebrated its 30th anniversary on February 27, 2026. This is for their long-selling "Piknik" brand, which will mark its 45th anniversary in 2026. The products will be released sequentially nationwide for a limited time starting the week of Monday, April 6th.

Launched in 1981 and cherished by customers for over 40 years, the "Piknik" series offers a wide variety of flavors to suit different tastes, providing a relaxing break with its mellow milky taste.

For a limited time, the popular flavors "Piknik Café au Lait," "Piknik Fruit au Lait," and "Piknik Strawberry au Lait" will feature packaging with designs of the globally beloved Pokémon.

There will be a total of 12 different package designs featuring the cute and energizing appearances of Pokémon, including Pikachu. Additionally, the back of the packages also features 12 different designs. When all are collected, they form a single picture, a fun feature designed for parents and children to enjoy together even after the drink is finished.

As it can be stored at room temperature, it is convenient for carrying on the go. The exciting designs can also be a conversation starter with children, brightening up any outing.
