Our signature "Freshly Grilled Kalbi Bowl" features fresh kalbi meat, carefully sliced in-store every day, which is grilled over high heat immediately upon receiving your order to bring out the meat's natural flavor and aroma. The sauce is a secret blend of 20 seasonings, balanced perfectly for sweetness, spiciness, and acidity. We use 100% domestically produced rice, which pairs perfectly with the meat and sauce.
