Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (President: Takeshi Hashimoto, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "the Company") will commence Phase 2 of its group management plan "BLUE ACTION 2035" on April 1, 2026, as a new stage.

In Phase 2, the focus of management will shift from "Transformation and Expansion" to "Achieving Results." Building on the investments made and the competitive advantages of the MOL Group accumulated in Phase 1, we will further enhance our "earning power" through qualitative strengthening of our business portfolio. We will also strive for balanced capital allocation and strengthening of our management foundation. The entire MOL Group will work as one to steadily execute the action plan based on this management plan, and enhance corporate value by creating economic and social value in an integrated manner.

1. Evolution of the Overall Picture of "BLUE ACTION 2035" "BLUE ACTION 2035" aims to achieve sustainable growth based on long-term strategy by integrating management plans and sustainability initiatives. In Phase 2, sustainability issues (materiality) and governance will be incorporated into the management plan itself as management foundations, thereby enhancing corporate value by creating economic and social value in an integrated manner. We will promote "BLUE ACTION 2035" in line with MOL CHARTS, which are the corporate philosophy, values, and code of conduct of our group, and connect it to the realization of the group vision.

2. Key Themes for "BLUE ACTION 2035" Phase 2 In "BLUE ACTION 2035" Phase 2, the management focus will shift from "Transformation and Expansion" in Phase 1 to "Achieving Results," and three key themes will be set.

3. Core KPIs to Aim For Based on the results of Phase 1 and the business plan for Phase 2, the Core KPIs have been revised upward compared to the initial plan.

4. Sustainability Issues (Materiality) In "BLUE ACTION 2035" Phase 2, sustainability issues (materiality) have been reviewed, narrowed down, and organized based on their higher contribution to the creation of economic and social value. Furthermore, the four theme-based visions (Environment, Safety, Human Capital, DX) linked to each sustainability issue have been updated. Moving forward, we will promote initiatives for sustainability issues centered on the KPIs and actions set in each vision, thereby further strengthening our management foundation.
