MOFF Inc. Announces Business Acquisition of Smart Aquarium Shizuoka

Aiming to "realize a society where animals and humans can live happily and with smiles," MOFF Inc. (Headquarters: Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture, CEO: Shuhei Yaguchi), which operates animal cafes and indoor zoos nationwide, has agreed to acquire the business of "Smart Aquarium Shizuoka" (aquarium business and related businesses) operated by Matsuzakaya Shizuoka Store (Location: Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture) as of Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and has concluded a contract.
