Miroku Jyoho Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hiroki Koreeda; hereinafter 'MJS'), a developer and provider of financial/accounting systems and management information services, will implement a wage level increase (base salary raise) for all employees for the fifth consecutive term.
Under its corporate philosophy of 'Realizing a Rich Life' and the basic strategies of 'Sustainability 2030' and 'Medium-Term Management Plan Vision 2028' formulated in May 2024, MJS focuses on securing diverse, high-caliber talent and strengthening human resources.
As part of this effort, MJS will raise salary levels (base-up) separately from regular annual pay increases. This initiative, now in its fifth consecutive term, aims to enhance long-term human investment and stabilize the daily life foundation of employees against rising commodity prices, covering all employees including non-regular staff.
The average raise rate for the eligible general staff this term is 6.73%, exceeding the government's target of 5%.
In its efforts to strengthen human investment, including compensation, MJS promotes 'creating a rewarding workplace where diverse professional talents can thrive' based on its human capital management policy. The company focuses on securing and developing talent, creating growth opportunities, and promoting diversity and work-style reform. This includes setting numerical goals for the ratio of female managers, female hiring, and male employees taking childcare leave, as well as conducting engagement surveys to analyze and continuously improve the workplace.
MJS intends to continue its efforts to raise employee compensation levels in line with company performance, aiming to increase corporate value.
Eligible Employees and Base-Up Amount
*1 The base-up amount for managers is adjusted to include the equivalent of the bonus months for general staff (average of 5 months), making the annualized base-up amount equivalent for both managers and general staff.
*2 The average raise rate for the 1,401 eligible general staff is 6.73% including regular annual raises.
