Miroku Jyoho Service Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shushiki Koreeda; hereinafter "MJS"), which develops and sells financial and accounting systems and management information services, and its group companies (hereinafter "MJS Group") announce today the formulation and publication of the "Human Rights Policy" and "DE&I (※1) Policy" as the MJS Group, with the aim of further advancing sustainability management.
The MJS Group believes that realizing a society where all people's human rights are respected and diverse values are utilized is the foundation for sustainable corporate value enhancement. Through the formulation of these policies, we aim to clarify this stance and further promote initiatives across the entire group.
※1 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion
Background and Overview of Formulation
The MJS Group has been promoting sustainability management towards the realization of a sustainable society and the enhancement of corporate value, by formulating and disclosing its basic sustainability policy and material issues in 2022, and by disclosing "Sustainability 2030" in 2024.
Furthermore, the MJS Group has always emphasized respecting the human rights of all people involved with the MJS Group through its "MJS Group Code of Ethics and Conduct." In addition, President and CEO Koreeda has sent internal messages regarding the promotion of women's empowerment and work style reform, thereby advancing initiatives for achieving diversity.
Against this backdrop, we have formulated the Human Rights Policy and DE&I Policy to systematically organize our past ideas and initiatives and to clearly communicate them both internally and externally. Based on these Human Rights Policy and DE&I Policy, the MJS Group will create a rewarding workplace where diverse professional talent can thrive, challenge itself to create value that exceeds customer expectations, and further promote sustainability management with the aim of realizing a sustainable society where human rights are respected and continuously enhancing corporate value.

The Human Rights Policy was formulated as a fundamental declaration to respect the human rights of all stakeholders involved with our group. Based on this Human Rights Policy, we aim to realize a sustainable society where human rights are respected and to continuously enhance corporate value.
The Human Rights Policy clarifies the relationship between the corporate philosophy of "realizing a rich life," "participating in cultural activities," and "cultivating social character" and the policy. It also stipulates support for international norms and laws, respect for diversity and prohibition of harassment, prohibition of forced labor and child labor, and realization of a rich life as key issues. Furthermore, it designates the Head of Human Resources as the Human Rights Officer to promote human rights initiatives.
<DE&I Policy>

The DE&I Policy is a guideline for an organizational culture that respects the diversity of all stakeholders involved with our group, leverages individual strengths, and leads to further value creation. All employees and officers working for our group will strive for a sustainable company and society where each individual's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are respected, based on this DE&I Policy.
The DE&I Policy also describes the relationship between the corporate philosophy and the policy, and defines the MJS Group's understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
About "Sustainability 2030"
In "Sustainability 2030," the MJS Group upholds the slogan "Cherishing our customers, and the happiness of our employees," aiming to challenge value creation that exceeds customer expectations and to realize a rich life for employees. We believe these goals can only be achieved in an environment where employees, who are the source of value creation, can fully exercise their abilities. We believe that steadily implementing the two pillars of "securing and developing human resources, and creating growth opportunities" and "promoting diversity and work style reform" will lead to an attractive company, organizational culture, and workplace environment, and ultimately to the "realization of a rich life" for employees. Therefore, we are promoting various measures and system responses based on our human capital management policy.
