Miyoshi Oil & Fat Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Itsuro Miki) was certified for the third consecutive year as a "Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization 2026 (Large Enterprise Category)" on March 9, 2026, under the Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification System operated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council. Under its management philosophy "Good for People, Good for Society, Good for the Future," Miyoshi Oil & Fat positions employee health as an important management foundation and will further promote health management by implementing preventive and early detection measures in fiscal year 2026.

◆Fiscal Year 2025 Goals and Results
In fiscal year 2025, we promoted measures with the goals of improving employees' health awareness and reducing health risks. These initiatives and achievements were evaluated, leading to this health management certification.

① Improvement in the participation rate of high-precision health checkups (Target: 16%)

In fiscal year 2026, we will further develop our initiatives and declare our commitment to promoting health management with the following as key focus areas:

・Implementation of appropriate drinking seminars and promotion of participation
・Implementation of SAS (Sleep Apnea Syndrome) screening tests

◆About the Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification System
The Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification System is a system established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in fiscal year 2016 with the aim of creating an environment where corporations practicing particularly excellent health management, such as large and small/medium enterprises, can be recognized by employees, job seekers, related companies, and financial institutions by making them "visible." Based on the evaluation criteria determined by the Health Management Promotion Study Group (jointly held by the Japan Health Council's Health Management and Health Declaration 150,000 Company WG), the Japan Health Council certifies "Certified Health and Productivity Management Organizations."

In this 10th iteration, 3,765 organizations in the "Large Enterprise Category," to which Miyoshi Oil & Fat belongs, received certification as "Certified Health and Productivity Management Organizations 2026."
