The theme is "A Slightly Luxurious Vegetable Time at the Hotel." At the Deli & Salad Marche, guests can enjoy their fill of more than 20 kinds of healthy, colorful vegetable dishes.

Fresh leafy vegetables that stimulate the palate, such as crisp baby greens, kale, slightly bitter Treviso, and chicory, are offered. Additionally, chef-recommended deli dishes include "Pumpkin, Walnut, and Cranberry Salad" and the refreshing "Yuba and Mushrooms with Plum Sauce Flavor."

Enhance your salad with crunchy lotus root chips or aromatic dukkah, and customize it freely with five kinds of dressings and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy creating your own special dish at the salad bar, featuring over 20 types of healthy vegetable fare.

We also offer set lunches combining the main course, pasta, or sandwich with the Deli & Salad Bar. Of course, the Deli & Salad Bar is also available as a standalone option.
