This special menu allows guests to savor the vibrant flavors of both regions simultaneously. Sweets feature Hokkaido dairy and berries alongside Okinawan mango and purple yam. Savory items also incorporate ingredients from both regions, such as Okinawa Agu pork roast and Hokkaido corn mousse, creating a culinary journey across Japan.
