From June 1st to August 31st, 2026, the Chinese restaurant Sichuan at Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka will offer three popular summer cold noodle dishes. This year's new addition is a spicy, salad-style mixed cold noodle with century egg, char siu pork, and vegetables, featuring a spicy bean paste sauce with a hint of vinegar. The refreshing sudachi citrus cold noodles will also return after a two-year absence, alongside the classic five-ingredient (gomoku) cold noodles. Each dish is priced at 2,800 yen, including tax and service charge.
