It features an 8-layer composition that begins with sorbet and ice cream, followed by generously stacked fresh slices, smooth panna cotta, coconut chantilly, and finally, a jelly encapsulating whole fruit pieces. The rich, syrupy sweetness of the mango reveals different facets as you eat your way through. This is a special parfait available exclusively in May, when ripe mangoes are at their absolute best.

A feast for the eyes: The Patissier's craftsmanship

At the top of the glass blooms a layer of mango slices arranged like a rose. Adorned with marigold petals and accompanied by a coconut cookie sandwiched with buttercream, it creates a glamorous appearance reminiscent of a tropical breeze. Each parfait is carefully assembled by our patissiers upon receiving an order, ensuring a beautifully finished masterpiece from every angle.

Experiencing ripe mango through eight different expressions

The first bite offers mango sorbet and coconut milk ice cream. The richness of the fruit breathes within the cold, spreading a sweet tropical aroma. Waiting beneath is a layer of fresh, generously stacked slices. The fruity sweetness and freshness that beautifully coats the inside of the glass fill your mouth.

Passing through the rhythmic texture of the white chocolate crunch, you reach the smooth mango panna cotta, where its deep sweetness gently spreads. Going further, a mango passionfruit sauce adds a vibrant tartness, leading to the light coconut chantilly. After its fluffy melt-in-the-mouth softness, you reach the bottom of the glass: a jelly encapsulating whole fruit pieces. It keeps you captivated until the very last bite.
