Featuring new-sensation sweets that fuse Japanese and Western styles, such as amazake and mango jelly by Japanese Cuisine Uemachi's Head Chef Masaharu Chigasaki and hydrangea-inspired sweets by the pastry chef, this offering is limited to 20 guests each day. The sweets are served on an original afternoon tea stand designed in the motif of the hotel's exterior.
