We established Mitsuuroko Agri Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) as a wholly-owned subsidiary on November 4, 2025. Since its establishment, the company has been preparing for the commencement of its business. We are pleased to announce that as of April 1, 2026, the procedures for the company split, inheriting the agriculture and drone businesses from Mitsuuroko Tech Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Adachi-ku, Tokyo), which is also our wholly-owned subsidiary, have been completed, and Mitsuuroko Agri has officially commenced its operations.

Due to the rapid decrease in the number of farmers accompanying the declining population and aging society, it is becoming difficult to maintain the agricultural production system based on small-scale family farming. Furthermore, with the global increase in food demand and the depreciation of the yen, there is concern that Japan, which heavily relies on overseas sources for food supply, may face difficulties in securing a stable food supply in the future. As a member of the Mitsuuroko Group, which supports the living infrastructure of rural areas, our company aims to create a sustainable future for agriculture by practicing large-scale corporate agriculture utilizing our group's management resources, advanced technologies such as drones and AI.
