Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announced the introduction of 'Executive Seeds 30,' an elite program starting in fiscal 2026 to further develop approximately 30 high-potential individuals selected from its 300 next-generation executive candidates, under the 'L.E.A.D' system established in fiscal 2023. Additionally, the company will launch 'Proactive Frontier Posting,' a job posting system that opens certain management-level positions to these candidates, providing opportunities for autonomous career challenges.

The group aims to transform into an 'Innovative Company' that creates value through new ideas, addressing social and environmental issues. By strengthening the foundation for continuously producing leaders capable of swift decision-making, the company seeks to enhance sustainable corporate value.

1. 'Executive Seeds 30' for Future CEO Candidates
Approximately 30 young talents with the potential to become future CEOs have been selected by the Top Talent Review Committee. The program includes assignments to key positions, including those in overseas group companies, voluntary enrollment in overseas business schools, and mentoring by top executives.

2. 'Proactive Frontier Posting' for Next-Generation Leaders
This system allows candidates to apply for specific management positions. By disclosing job descriptions, grades, and compensation levels, the company promotes autonomous career development. Starting in the first half of fiscal 2026, the company plans to trial an AI-based matching system to optimize the selection process.
