Resort Trust Co., Ltd., in partnership with Inter Holdings Co., Ltd., Plat'Home Co., Ltd., and Mitsubishi HC Capital Co., Ltd., is launching a proof-of-concept for the "Kura-Dashi Vacuum Sake" service at "Grand Exiv Hatsushima Club," a resort operated by Resort Trust.
This marks the first introduction of the "Kura-Dashi Vacuum Sake" service in the hotel industry.
In this pilot, guests staying at the hotel will be served "Kura-Dashi Vacuum Sake" at the bar space. The trial will evaluate the usability and operational aspects of the low-temperature vacuum sake server, promotional activities for the vacuum sake, and the potential for quality management and customer needs data collection via IT/IoT capabilities.
