 The "Kuradashi Shinkyu-shu" service is a new sake experience that creates a service where the "moment immediately after release from the cellar," akin to tasting at the brewery, can be provided in various locations through a dedicated vacuum-sake serving low-temperature server. This is achieved by filling sake manufactured at breweries into vacuum containers at the brewery and distributing it while maintaining its freshness in an air-free vacuum state.
