"Elgram" Instagram Automation Tool Adds "Next Post" Feature to Auto-Response

Michona Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Representative: Takhiro Suzuki) implemented an update to its Instagram operational efficiency system "Elgram" on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

A new option has been added to the target posts for comment replies, enabling more efficient Instagram operations.

What is Auto-Response Elgram's auto-response is a function that can automatically send pre-set content triggered by comments on posts and reels, mentions on stories, comments on live streams, or receipt of direct messages. By providing chatbot-like responses, it is expected to be effective in both reducing man-hours and increasing sales.

Background of the Update Previously, when setting up auto-responses, the target posts could only be selected from "All Posts" or "Specific Posts Only." However, there were voices expressing the hassle of manually linking auto-responses for each post.

Therefore, with this update, we have added the "Next Post" option, which automatically reflects pre-set auto-responses when making the next post from the Instagram app.

Overview of the "Next Post" Option In the "Select Target Post" step of the auto-response setup screen, "Next Post" can now be newly selected.

By using this option, pre-configured auto-responses will be automatically applied when you next post from the Instagram app. This eliminates the need for manual linking from the management screen after posting, leading to expected operational efficiency.

*Note: This does not apply to posts made from Elgram's posting function. Posts made from the Instagram app are targeted.*

Usage Scenarios - If you prepare auto-responses before a campaign post, they will be automatically reflected at the same time as the post. - Reduces the effort of manual setup in the management screen for each post. - Offers a third option in addition to "All Posts" and "Specific Posts Only," enabling more flexible operations.
