Name: Toru Sadamasa, New Position: Full-time Auditor (Outside Auditor) with concurrent positions at Takara Leben Co., Ltd., Leben Zestoc Co., Ltd., MIRARTH Asset Management Co., Ltd., and MIRARTH Real Estate Investment Advisors Co., Ltd. Name: Masaya Sasaki, New Position: Substitute Auditor (Outside Auditor) with a concurrent position at MIRARTH Energy Solutions Co., Ltd. ② Resignation of Corporate Auditor: Scheduled to resign at the conclusion of the respective shareholders' meetings in June 2026. Name: Masaki Kimura, (Resigning), Current Position: Full-time Auditor (Outside Auditor) with concurrent positions. 2. Brief Biography of New Auditor Candidates: Toru Sadamasa (Born September 28, 1964) joined Tokyu Land Corporation in April 1988 and held various positions, including Head of the Audit Office at Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Corporation. Masaya Sasaki (Born October 15, 1966) joined Mitsubishi Corporation in April 1992 and held positions in auditing, natural gas, and domestic power before retiring in June 2023.
