(Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director: Tadayuki Hara), have simultaneously received awards for two properties at the "16th Excellent Project Awards" hosted by the National Housing Industry Association. "Nebel Yokohama Kannai" was awarded in the mid-to-high-rise condominium division, and "Leben Platz Nerima Kasugacho II," developed by Leben Home Build, was awarded in the detached housing division.

What are the "Excellent Project Awards"?

The "Excellent Project Awards" is a system organized by the National Housing Industry Association to recognize excellent projects (housing and real estate) that demonstrate originality and significant contributions to the housing and real estate industry. It consists of seven categories and aims to promote the supply of high-quality housing and the improvement of living environments by member companies. The "16th Excellent Project Awards" were announced on April 16, and our group received awards for two properties: "Nebel Yokohama Kannai" and "Leben Platz Nerima Kasugacho II."

Located in Kannai, the center of Yokohama, this property contributes to improving the cityscape with its high-quality exterior combining textured tiles and glass.
