Mirait One Corporation Establishes "Data Center Business Division"

Mirait One Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hidemune Sugawara; hereinafter, Mirait One) will establish a "Data Center Business Division" within its Solution Company as of April 1, 2026.

Mirait One's policy is to further accelerate its data center business, a key growth area, in response to the rapidly expanding AI demand and increasing data center investments.

By establishing the Data Center Business Division as a primary organization, we will build a system that provides one-stop services from sales to construction and maintenance operations. This will enable us to respond quickly to data center construction, which requires advanced specialized technology. Furthermore, by concentrating the necessary technology, know-how, and resources in the new division, we will strengthen our business foundation and visualize our data center business initiatives both internally and externally, aiming for further business expansion in the future.

◆Organizational Reform (April 1, 2026)

(1) Establish the "Data Center Business Division" as a primary organization within the Solution Company

(2) Establish the following four internal organizations under the "Data Center Business Division"

①Data Center Business Planning Department ②Data Center Sales Department

③Data Center Engineering Department ④Data Center Service Department
