MIRAIT ONE Corporation: MIRAIT ONE Group to Introduce New Unified Uniforms for Four Group Companies

The MIRAIT ONE Group has newly produced and will introduce a new design uniform unified across its four group companies: MIRAIT ONE Corporation, TTK Corporation, Solcom Corporation, and Shikoku Tsuken Corporation, starting April 2026.

Onward Corporate Design Inc. was responsible for the design and production, and approximately 30,000 employees and partners within the group are expected to wear the uniforms.

The MIRAIT ONE Group views the uniform renewal as an important initiative to foster a sense of unity across the group. A renewal project was formed with young employees from each group company, and over approximately two years, more than 150 discussions were held to create new uniforms with the concept of "ONE Team Uniforms" that express the unity of the entire "MIRAIT ONE Group."

The new uniforms achieve "excellent functionality adaptable to various work environments" and "a stylish design that also considers women."

Specifically, MIRAIT ONE Group is introducing polo shirts for the first time to combat extreme heat. The fabric uses an original material with unique high breathability and antistatic yarn, making it suitable for various work environments. Furthermore, through internal surveys and field trials, usability has been pursued down to the smallest details. Pocket sizes and angles have been adjusted for all pockets, and features such as "vertical zip pockets" have been added for easy access to items even when wearing a full harness. Additionally, measures to prevent fabric transparency and hidden buttons on the shirt placket have been implemented. The slacks are available in a unisex design as well as designs tailored for female body types, reflecting the opinions of female engineers.

With the introduction of the new uniforms, all group employees will have a stronger sense of being "ONE Team." With pride as a company supporting social infrastructure, we will contribute to further service improvement and the realization of a sustainable society. We will also promote sustainability management through environmentally conscious initiatives such as collecting and recycling old uniforms.
