OKINAWA FES Milafete Announces All Performing Artists, Featuring 20th Anniversary Kariyushi58, BEGIN's Hitoshi Uechi (Pf&Vo), and Masaru Shimabukuro (Gt&Vo)

Mirafete Co., Ltd., based in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, announced the complete list of performing artists for the "OKINAWA FES Milafete," which marks its 11th edition and 10th anniversary. The event will be held over two days, May 16 (Saturday) and 17 (Sunday), 2026, from 11:00 to 21:00 daily, at Yoyogi Park Event Square in Shibuya, Tokyo. Admission is free. The festival, themed "REAL OKINAWA," has been held to promote Okinawan music, culture, and spirit nationwide. This year, celebrating its 10th anniversary, new artists have been added to the previously announced lineup, including Kariyushi58 (celebrating their 20th anniversary), "Hitoshi Uechi to Wakaminchu" (featuring Hitoshi Uechi from BEGIN), "Shimabukuro Masaru to Okinawa All Stars" (featuring Masaru Shimabukuro from BEGIN), D-51, and Kiyama Shoten, all popular artists representing Okinawa. This year's event will further enhance its appeal as an "Okinawa experience festival" with a stage configuration that spans music, traditional performing arts, and next-generation culture. The venue will feature five stages, offering not only music live performances but also diverse content to experience Okinawan culture. Additionally, MCs have been decided to create a unified atmosphere throughout the venue. With a diverse lineup transcending generations and genres, the two-day event at Yoyogi Park will allow attendees to experience the atmosphere and energy of "Okinawa itself" through all five senses.
